Jesus loves the little children! They are precious in His sight. Let’s bring them to Him!
Children are a blessed legacy, responsibility, and hope. Our time, love, and care are well-invested in them. Let’s come alongside each other to raise them together as a community!
In Kid City, children (babies through 5th grade) learn about Jesus… the one who loves them and has big plans for their lives. Their imaginations are shaped by God’s Word. Kids develop healthy relationships with each other and the adults that serve on the Kid City team.
We meet during both the 9:15 a.m. and 11 a.m. services on Sunday morning.

Upcoming Events
We’re excited to introduce our Family Outreach Coordinator – Hayley Strickland. She has experience both in an admin role in Kid City in the past as well as in Community and Family health in local schools. We will be offering a few tools this year to help us engage with each other, our kiddos, and City Life’s Vision.

April I CAN Calendar
We have made a spiritual habits calendar to do as a family this month as it relates to our theme for the month. Kids can check off each day and turn in for a prize the first Sunday in May OR post a photo once a week on Facebook showing them doing the spiritual habit of the day to also win a prize! I CAN calendar can be found on our family bulletin board at check in or you can download from the church website.
Our next Leadership meeting
April 15th 6-8:30 p.m. | This is for ALL volunteers of kid city and all of the other teams that serve within our church. The focus will be on the topic of Benevolence. It will come up quickly after spring break and Easter so be sure to get it on your calendar now. We WILL provide childcare for Kid City volunteers but please let us know if you will be needing this service.
Spring Celebration
April 21 After Church | This is always a wonderful time to invite unchurch friends and family. We will have the grill fired up for a spring BBQ as well as lots of games and fellowship!
Flowers with Families
May 12 | We will be having flowers for families to make a bouquet/ flowerpot for Mom or a family member in your life in between services.

Series Overview:
THROWBACK: A 4-Week Series from the Gospels on Jesus’ Teachings.
From retro toys to fashion trends, we all love a good throwback. (Especially for grown-ups because it reminds us of being young again.) There are things that remind us of a moment in time, but other things feel timeless and like they’re always in style. In this four-week series, kids will travel through the decades and see that the teachings of Jesus in the Gospels are always trending. As we hear from Jesus, we’ll see it’s always good to be humble, we can always forgive, Jesus is always fair, and love always needs action.

The days are long, but the years are short.
You may have heard this saying when it comes to parenting: “the days are long, but the years are short.” Time moves faster than we think it does. So what can we do to maximize our time with our kids?

Looking to Easter…
As we look ahead to celebrating Easter with you, we want to provide you with high-quality resources to help you help your kids fully embrace the Easter story. In, “The Garden, the Curtain, and the Cross Storybook” we go on a journey from the Garden of Eden to God’s perfect new creation to help us understand why Jesus’ death and resurrection are good news for us. We will be giving away a book to a family who pre-registers for the GLOW event on March 22!
